Are you trying to find the plan options for building your new home? Homeshelf have recently launched a new Online Plan Finder, where you can quickly see plan options and pricing for building a new home from builders in your area
How Does It Work?
To begin searching for the right home plans for you, simply visit the Homeshelf Online Plan Finder.
Choose a location
The first step is to enter your suburb. Currently the online plan finder is suitable if you have land (titled or waiting to title) in land estates anywhere in Melbourne, Ballarat or Geelong.
Consider your home requirements
You will be asked some questions about your home requirements so that we can quickly present you with plan options that suit your needs. Some of these include:
- Block size
- Single or double storey home
- How many bedrooms would you like?
- How many living areas would you like?
- How many car spaces are you looking for?
There are more customisations that you can select if you would like to further customise your dream home plan. For example, you may be interested in having a living space at the front of the home, or a master bedroom at the front.
View your plan options
Once you have provided this key information, Homeshelf’s Online Plan Finder will instantly generate a range of plans from builders in your area that are perfectly suited to your unique home & land size requirements.
If you like any of the plans we can arrange complete build pricing and more information on inclusions, facade options and upgrades from the builder.
What if I have an unusual block?
Some blocks are not a standard size and shape, or they have a slope or other unusual features. If this is the case, Homeshelf can still provide tailored recommendations for you. Simply contact our friendly team and provide some more information about your block of land. We work with home builders who specialise in slopes, unique block shapes and more, so we can connect you with a builder who will be able to create the perfect home for you.
