AVID Property Group (AVID) has made its mark on the land lease market announcing two new communities, Vantage Lilywood (Moreton Bay, Qld) and Vantage Logan Reserve (Logan, Qld), after receiving development approvals.
The news follows the developer’s recent settlement of seven acquired land lease communities from the Puljich family’s Living Gems business – bringing AVID’s Vantage land lease portfolio to 11 active communities across Southeast Queensland and Victoria.
AVID CEO Cameron Holt said the new additions set a strong foundation for the multi award-winning developer’s expansion in the land lease market.
“Establishing a land lease communities business has been a long-term and critical component of AVID’s growth strategy, and the recent development approvals and acquisitions mark a significant milestone for our business,” Mr Holt said.
“This strategy is driven by our vision to create thriving, connected and multi-generational communities.
“It’s a positive step forward for the business to see that strategy and vision come to fruition with both greenfield sites and established communities now starting to deliver on our value proposition to ‘bring more to life’ for our residents.”
AVID announced its entry into the land lease market in mid-2024 with the launch of two greenfield communities, Vantage Bloomdale and Vantage Hervey Bay, last year, both of which are currently under construction.
The developer has also lodged plans for an additional two greenfield communities in Pakenham, Vic and Palmview, Qld – which, once approved, will bring the developers land lease portfolio to approximately 3,420 home sites across 13 communities nationally.
AVID General Manager Land Lease Communities Manuel Lang said the significant growth reflected a milestone moment for the Vantage brand and its approximately 3,200 new residents.
