Stockland will soon open a new display village in its Banksia masterplanned community, providing an opportunity for homebuyers to explore a diverse range of home designs suitable for all types of homebuyers.
Opening on Saturday 8 March 2025, the display village will feature 12 home designs by some of Victoria’s leading builders, including Metricon, Boutique Homes, Central Property, Homebuyers Centre, JG King, 8 Homes, and Arden Homes.

The display village comprises modern single and double-storey homes that cater to various budgets and lifestyles. Each display home includes quality finishes and, across the display village, designs showcase light-filled kitchens with butler’s pantries, dedicated home office spaces and outdoor pizza ovens, all designed with functionality and modern living in mind.
Stockland Banksia is located in Armstrong Creek, 10 kilometres from Geelong’s bustling CBD. Once complete, the community will provide around 550 homes for the growing region.

Residents have easy access to schools, childcare, shops, cafes, walking trails, and beaches, as well as the nearby Armstrong Creek Town Centre.
Stockland Senior Development Manager, Alistair Pape said he was looking forward to welcoming buyers to the display village.

“Stockland is proud of its role over more than 70 years, helping more Australians achieve the dream of home ownership. As the Banksia community continues to grow, we’re pleased to soon have our display village open so buyers can get a better understanding of the diverse home options we have that suit a number of budgets and lifestyles,” Mr Pape said.
