Stockland’s Open Doors Sale is now underway in Victoria, giving first homebuyers the opportunity to save up to $40,000 in purchase rebates or put down deposits as low as $10,000 on hundreds of select lots in 15 of its communities across the state.
The sale has been designed to help first homebuyers enter the housing market and also enables those already in the market upgrade their home to a vibrant and connected Stockland community.
Stockland General Manager Communities Development Victoria, David Allington said the sale builds on Stockland’s legacy of providing affordably priced housing options to first homebuyers and families.

“Stockland is proud of its role over more than 70 years, helping Australians achieve the dream of home ownership. The Open Doors Sale will help more Victorians enter the housing market, help young families upgrade their current home, and help those looking to downsize find their next home,” Mr Allington said.
Central to the Open Doors Sale are fun, family-friendly events taking place in Stockland communities across Victoria. Homebuyers can experience Stockland’s communities firsthand while enjoying local food and drinks, and live entertainment. In select locations, Stockland and Urban List will be hosting expert panels to answer questions, giving buyers the insights they need to take their next step.
The promotion applies to qualifying lots in selected Stockland Victorian communities and is running until March 31, 2025.

Over the past few weeks, Stockland’s communities Harpley in Werribee, Minta in Berwick, Mt. Atkinson in Truganina, Evergreen in Clyde, Aurora in Wollart, Haven in Altona North and Cloverton in Kalkallo held Open Doors events.
Interested homebuyers are invited to attend events taking place at communities in Averley and Banksia in the coming weeks:
Banksia – Saturday, 8 March, 2:00pm, Armstrong Creek, VIC
Averley – Saturday, 23 March, 11:00am, Nar Nar Goon North, VIC
Homebuyers Tushar and Ekta Bhargava attended the recent Harpley Open Doors event and walked away new landowners, grateful for the service and support provided throughout the purchase experience. “We were so impressed with the entire process from start to finish when purchasing our land,” said Mr. Bhargava. “It was professional, transparent and well-organised, with clear communication and a responsiveness to all our questions adding to the level of confidence in our decision to buy at Harpley. We’re excited about this new investment and look forward to building our future on our new land.”
“Stockland’s communities are designed so that residents have access to everything they need, close by, including parks, playgrounds, walking trails, transport, schools, and retail hubs,” Mr Allington said.
“We encourage people to attend our events at Stockland Banksia and Stockland Averley and experience the liveability of our communities firsthand.”
