The township will feature energy-efficient appliances, zero-emission transport options, a community garden and produce farm, advanced waste management systems, and a community-owned solar farm. Additionally, it will incorporate an intelligent communications network, an e-mobility scheme, and a regenerative carbon offset program inspired by Nordic forestry models. Strategically located near existing rail infrastructure, Clarkefield aims to redefine environmentally conscious living while fostering a vibrant and connected community.
